One of my favorite things about Ricketts Glen State Park is how natural it is kept. Even the various bridges that cross the stream seem to complement the scenery, not detract from it. Here’s a shot taken just off the Falls Trail on the Glen Leigh side of the park.

I finally hit Ricketts Glen in the fall with decent water, leaf color, light, and minimal wind. It took me a few years of trying, but I was finally due for some luck. Hopefully this coming fall will be as good.
