Everything is early this spring with the warm weather we've been having. It was a very breezy day and I doubted I'd get to shoot much, as the delicate flowers bob in just the faintest breeze. This clintonia was somewhat protected and the lighting was just beautiful.

Shenks Ferry is an amazing place, at least 73 species of flowers bloom from mid-March until the end of May. More than 60 other species of flowers bloom during the summer and fall.
